Return Policy At ClothingCandy (Top)
As we check all our products carefully before shipping them to you, you should receive them in excellent condition. However, please contact us at: email@example.com if the item sent to you is incorrect or defected. Please send us clear photo(s) of the items in the original condition and state the reason(s) for return.
You should report the problem to us within 3 days after receiving the product and return it to us within 7 days on receipt of your order.
We offer exchange on items found to be defected due to our fault. Defect(s) caused by the fault of third party or customer's fault cannot be exchanged.
Please note that there may be a slight difference between our written size measurements and the actual product measurements and this variance will not be considered as a defect.
ClothingCandy will only accept items in their original condition and packaging i.e. no wear and tear or odours and all original tags must still be attached. ClothingCandy will not be responsible for returns that do not reach us and hence, we recommend you insure your parcel for its appropriate value.
Please note that refunds will only be issued upon our receiving of the returned order. Also, refunds will be processed for the cost of the item only. Shipping cost will not be refunded. In the case of free shipping, if refunds are made, we will take shipping cost into consideration. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges.
As each product comes with its detailed sizing description, please kindly note there is no exchange allowed for sizes. If you have any further sizing queries, please refer to our sizing chart or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to check before you purchase.
There is strictly no cash refund unless the item is out of stock or defective.

To Singapore: Currently, we provide free express shipping to Singapore. When you check out from our website, the system will automatically put shipping as $0 for our customers in Singapore. Please select on the $0 option to enjoy free express shipping.

Shipping Rates (for registered mail): Ranges from USD2.80 to USD5.50 for first 100gram and for every additional 100g, it ranges from USD2.40 to USD 5.

How long does shipping take?
Estimated delivery times for express mail: Express Shipping usually takes between 3-7 working days (Worldwide).
Estimated delivery times for registered mail: Registered mail usually takes between 1-4 weeks for you to receive depending on your location.
Please note that we take time to process all your orders. Processing time is usually between 1-2 working days. You will be assigned a tracking number to track your parcel online the moment we ship out your parcel. For express delivery, you can sign up for shipping updates via email or sms. Hence, you can know where your parcel is at different stages. You need not be physically at home/office to receive the parcel. As long as there is someone who can sign the parcel on your behalf (eg. family member, colleague), the parcel will be able to reach you.
