- We ship all our parcels worldwide from our warehouse in Singapore via Singpost.
- If your country is not listed above and you will like to purchase our items, kindly email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will assist.
- All our dresses are made to order hence it takes a waiting period of 3-7 working days.
- Once your orders are processed, we will ship out your items and issue you with the tracking number.
- Shipping times are estimated.
- Clothingcandy will not be responsible for any delay or lost mail due to postal service.
- Try to place your orders early during holiday seasons like Christmas and New Year.
We want you to be happy with your purchase at ClothingCandy!As we check all our products carefully before shipping them to you, you should receive them in excellent condition. However, please contact us at: email@example.com if the item sent to you is incorrect or defective or if you wish to make an exchange. Please send us clear photo(s) of the items in the original condition and state the reason(s) for return and we will walk you through the return and exchange process.
- You should report the problem to us within 3 days after receiving the product and return it to us within 7 days on receipt of your order.
- We offer exchange on items found to be defected due to our fault. Defect(s) caused by the fault of third party or customer's fault cannot be exchanged.
- Please note that there may be a slight difference between our written size measurements and the actual product measurements and this variance will not be considered as a defect.
- ClothingCandy will only accept items in their original condition and packaging i.e. no wear and tear or odours and all original tags must still be attached. ClothingCandy will not be responsible for returns that do not reach us and hence, we recommend you insure your parcel for its appropriate value.
- All shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Shipping costs and any other fees associated with sending you refund or exchange back to ClothingCandy will be borne by the customer. In the case of free shipping, we will take shipping cost into consideration. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges.
- If you are making a return/exchange not due to the item being incorrect or defective, we may charge a small fee because all our dresses are made to order.
- If you are exchanging for another item of higher value, you will have to top up the difference. If the item you exchanged for is of lower value, no cash refunds or store credits will be issued for the difference.
- Please note that all sales items cannot be exchanged or refunded.
- There is strictly no cash refund for all purchases. For all returned items, store credits will be issued.
- In the case where exchange is not possible, store credits will be issued.
- Store credits are only valid for 6 months from the date of issue and can be used to offset any purchase made at Clothingcandy.com.
- ClothingCandy reserves the right to reject any return and exchange.
