1) How do I know if it is safe to buy from you? 
Clothingcandy has been operating online since year 2012. ClothingCandy is a registered trademark brand.

2) Do you ship internationally? 
Yes. We ship worldwide. Please check our Shipping & Return page for more information.

3) How do I contact you?
Go to Contact Us in the bottom footer of this website. We will reply to you as quickly as possible, within 1-2 working days. Alternatively, you can drop us an email at clothingcandy@gmail.com for any queries.

4) How do I sign up for ClothingCandy newsletter?
Go to our homepage right hand bottom where you can enter your mailing address and sign up straightaway without registering an account. However, registering an account is free of charge and your shipping address and details are saved for your online shopping convenience with us. You get many benefits when you sign up for our newsletter. Not only are you informed of exclusive discounts and styles, you will also get first hand news when our new collections are launched!

5) Is my information registered with you safe? 
Yes, we respect your privacy and your information is safe with us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy in the bottom footer of this website for more information.

6) How to shop?
You can shop by size, color, length, style.
You can also use our search tool located at the top right hand corner of our website if you have a specific product type or name in mind. Click on the image of a magnifying glass. For example, if you are looking for a “black dress”, simply type these words in the search tool, hit enter and it will automatically find related items for you.

7) Do I need to create an account to shop at your website? 
Yes, is is for your shopping convenience.
Setting up an account with us makes shopping at ClothingCandy convenient for you as you do not have to key in your details each time you make a purchase. Also, you will receive benefits like exclusive discounts and styles, ability to track your orders and first hand notifications of new arrivals in store.
After you add the items to your shopping cart, click on "Proceed To Checkout" and you'd be brought to Checkout Page where you can register an account with us.

8) Can I change the details in my account? 
Yes. You can log into your account at any time to modify any detail such as your shipping address or password. To log into your account, click on the image of a human body in the top right hand corner of this website.

9) How to order? 3 easy steps!
  • Please kindly register for free by clicking on LOG IN in the top right hand corner of this website. Then click on "Create An Account". This will allow for easy log-in in the future as well as the ability to subscribe to our newsletters where we inform customers of exclusive sales and new arrivals. 
  • Simply click on “Add this to my cart” on the product page that you wish to purchase. The default quantity is “1”. If you wish to add more, simply click on the plus “+” sign. 
  • Then, click on “Checkout” where you will have to key in your contact information and shipping address and then click on “Continue to Shipping method”. Then click on “Continue to payment method”. Then click on Complete order where you will be redirected to Paypal to complete your purchase securely. If you have a Paypal account, simply key in your paypal password at the Paypal page then click “Log in” and make payment. If you do not have a Paypal account, simply choose the option on Paypal page “Pay with Debit or Credit card”. 
  • Payments accepted for all customers worldwide: Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, Paypal. 
  • For customers located in Singapore, you can also choose to pay by ATM bank transfer/Internet banking (ibanking). Please refer to question 11 below on how to make payment to us via ATM bank transfer/ibanking instead. 

10) How do I make payment?
For all customers worldwide, you can make Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover or Paypal payment. Please refer to question 9 above.
For shoppers in Singapore, you can also choose to pay by ATM bank transfer/Internet banking (ibanking). Please refer to question 11 for smooth ATM/ibanking transfers.

11) How do I make ATM/ibanking transfers? (For customers in Singapore only) 
For ATM/ibanking transfers, please email us at clothingcandy@gmail.com in the following format and wait for our invoice first before making any payment:

After we receive your email, an invoice will be sent to your email. You may then make payment by ATM transfer/ibanking to ClothingCandy's account.

12) Do you restock out-of-stock items? 
If you wish to make purchase of out-of-stock items, please drop us an email at clothingcandy@gmail.com the item you are interested in and we will let you know as soon as possible whether we are likely to restock.

13) Are your photographs of your items accurate?
ClothingCandy strives to display as accurately as possible the colors/description of our items displayed on our website. However, due to inevitable differences in monitor settings, photographs may not reflect 100% of the items themselves. Also, please note that size measurements in each product description are our guide only. There may be a slight deviation in our given measurements. In such cases, the variance will not be considered as a defect. ClothingCandy will not be responsible for the slight deviation in colors/measurements.

14) Do you do exchanges/refunds?

15) How do I use the discount code?
After you have created an account with us, add the items you wish to purchase to shopping cart. You’d be brought to the checkout page where on the right hand side directly below "Update Shopping Cart", you’d see a table that says “Discount Codes” and “Enter your coupon code if you have one”. In this white box, key in the discount code you have and click on “Apply Coupon”. You will see that the final price will be reduced by your coupon amount. Eg. If you have a 10% discount coupon code, the final price will be reduced by 10%. You can then click on “Proceed to checkout”.

16) What currency do you use? 
Our default currency is US dollar. To view the items in other currencies, please go to the top right hand corner of this website to change.


17) How do I know if the item has been shipped out?
LOG IN to your account by clicking on the image of a human body at the top right hand corner of the website. Then, go to "My Orders" in the left hand bar to view the status. You will also receive email updates from us on the progress of your order.

18) How long does it take for the item to reach me?
Please refer to our Shipping & Return page for more information.


19) Do you deliver to work addresses? 
Yes, we also deliver to work addresses. Please ensure that someone will be there to take receipt of the items.

20) How do I know making payment through your website is safe?
When you make the payment you'll redirected to the PayPal Payment Page which is SSL (Secure Socket Layers) encrypted.
ClothingCandy is a PayPal Verified Member and we make sure every transaction you make on our website is 100% safe.

21) Do you have a retail store? 
Clothingcandy is an online only retail store that ships worldwide. We do not have a retail store nor do we provide self-collection option.
